Our Story
Qarolli Group was founded around a simple opportunity: technology companies around the world increasingly need reliable access to technical expertise, while Kosovo has a growing generation of skilled IT professionals ready to contribute to international projects.
Our role is to bring those two sides together through a structured company model — not through disconnected freelancers, but through specialists working within one accountable organization.
We started Qarolli Group to build long-term technical partnerships based on clear communication, reliable execution and mutual trust.

As founder and CEO, he leads the company’s strategy, client relationships, and overall service quality — with a strong emphasis on clarity, consistency, and trust.
Muharrem Temaj
Chief Operating Officer
Based in Kosovo, Muharrem Temaj oversees day-to-day operations and manages the performance of Qarolli Group’s in-house teams.
He is responsible for ensuring structured workflows, technical consistency, and efficient execution across all projects. His focus lies in maintaining high delivery standards, operational discipline, and continuous team development.
